Ps: rispondendo al ragioniere, mi sembrano limitazioni più che legittime: sul mio blog io do molta libertà ai miei visitatori (anche a quelli che sono contrari alle mie idee), ma se certe regole non sono rispettate con messaggi contenenti scurrilità o peggio ledendo qualcuno, il commento deve sparire! Perciò, come diceva anche il grande Gianfranco Funari, dico: W l'articolo 21!!!
da ragioniere mi tocca doverti dire che l'articolo 21 ha anche i suoi limiti:
l'ultima comma stabilisce che sono vietate le pubblicazioni a stampa, gli spettacoli e tutte la manifestazioni contrarie al buon costume. inoltre la libertà di manifestazione del pensiero non puo spingersi fino al punto di ledere i diritti fontamentali della persona e altri interessi protetti dalla costituzione.
